Overview
VIDA Sign is a certified electronic signature platform operated by PT Indonesia Digital Identity (VIDA), a licensed Penyelenggara Sertifikasi Elektronik (PSrE) rooted as a Certificate Authority under Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Digital. Signatures issued through VIDA Sign carry the same legal standing as wet-ink signatures under UU 11/2008 as amended and PP 71/2019, making the platform suitable for contracts, vendor agreements, employment documents, and regulated financial paperwork in Indonesia. Users upload documents, place signature and e-Meterai fields, route them to signatories, and receive a completed document with a full audit trail. Identity is bound to each certificate through KTP verification and biometric matching, so every signature is traceable to a verified individual rather than an unverified account.

Free Trial
A 14-day free trial is available and is activated directly from the VIDA Sign dashboard after account creation. New accounts are provisioned with an initial allocation of signature credits before the trial period begins, so the trial clock can be started at the customer's convenience. Identity verification through KTP submission and biometric matching must be completed before signatures can be applied. Trial accounts convert to a paid plan at the end of the period; specific renewal, data retention, and conversion terms are confirmed at the point of subscription.
