Overview

Grafana Cloud Enterprise is the full-service tier of Grafana Cloud, positioned for companies with security, compliance, and deployment requirements that the self-serve plans do not address. It replaces fixed retention windows and standard support with custom terms negotiated against an annual spend commitment, and opens deployment options beyond standard public-cloud hosting. Pricing follows Grafana Labs' stated philosophy that "send more, charge more is broken" — unit prices are volume-based and tiered, so the effective rate drops automatically as consumption grows, and in-product Adaptive Telemetry tools are designed to eliminate spending on unused data rather than monetizing it.
