Supported Cloud Infrastructure

Asana is delivered as a vendor-hosted SaaS platform, with its subscription service hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. As a browser- and API-accessed platform, Asana can be used by organizations regardless of which cloud their own workloads run on, including AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, and Tencent Cloud environments, and connects to a broad ecosystem of tools through 100+ integrations and its Model Context Protocol server. Asana does not currently publish a native marketplace listing on Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, or Tencent Cloud.

Asana runs a Guided Trial Program: a structured, month-long trial of Asana Enterprise+ that walks new prospects through the platform week by week, including pre-built sample projects, weekly instructional videos, recommended Asana Academy training, and weekly live office hours. Access is granted through a sign-up form rather than instant self-service, and the program is scheduled around cohort start dates rather than beginning immediately on signup. This is distinct from Asana's self-serve 14-day trial available on the lower Starter and Advanced tiers, and from the permanently free Personal plan for up to two users — neither of which is the focus of this promotion. Evaluation terms for the standard (non-Plus) Enterprise tier are arranged directly through Asana's sales team rather than through a published self-serve program.
