IBM Technology Expert Labs Cloudability Guided Services Offerings

Overview

IBM Technology Expert Labs deep, technical, product-oriented consultants will configure IBM Cloudability capabilities, delivered in partnership with your organization (commercial or US Federal) via regular working sessions where configuration and enablement activities are completed.

After the configuration (provided via the Onboarding services is complete) IBM subject matter experts (SMEs) will provide this subscription service via a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will provide support to the Clients to prioritize, plan, and execute the tasks that Clients choose from the options below aligned to advance the Client’s financial operating model of public cloud spend (FinOps) practices within its organization.

The section below outlines the available Guided Services (for commercial and US Federal clientele) activities from which Client may choose, as agreed upon between Client and TAM.

2. FinOps Training – conduct training on FinOps best practices

4. Turbonomic & Kubecost onboarding

Turbonomic onboarding (for Clients only with entitlements to Cloudability Premium)

• Plan: Maximum of eight (8) hours of consultation, delivery, or training to implement Turbonomic in a Hybrid Cloud environment.

• Build: Maximum of forty (40) hours of consultation and delivery to implement and integrate Turbonomic in a Hybrid Cloud environment.

• Perform: Consultative service provides assistance for up to sixteen (16) hours per month enabling Clients on their Turbonomic adoption and digital transformation.

Kubecost Onboarding and Enablement (for Clients only with entitlements to Kubecost)

• Plan: Maximum of eight (8) hours of consultation, delivery, or training to implement Kubecost.

• Build: Maximum of thirty (30) hours of consultation and delivery to implement Kubecost.

• Perform: Consultative service provides assistance for up to ten (10) hours, enabling customers on their Kubecost adoption.

Outcomes Desired: The goal of this engagement is to assist your enterprise in achieving the use cases with a "just in time" Technical Account Manager who will help you exploit the full capabilities of your IBM Cloudability, Kubecost, and/or Turbonomic SaaS (Cloudability Premium) solutions available based on your entitlements and the use cases as prioritized jointly.

Package Sizes Packages are available in one (1) month increments for a percentage of a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) resource. An FTE is defined as 40 hours per week. The FTE percentages available are 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20%. Each Engagement entitlement provides Client with 5% FTE allocation.
