Overview

IBM Technology Expert Lab (TEL) deep, product technical consultants in support of IBM Apptio Cloudability SaaS, will onboard and enable clients on IBM Cloudabilty TotalCost application functionality.

Our practitioners will help configure Cloudability TotalCost with the following phased approach.

Key Activities may include:

Discovery Phase Conduct architecture and design workshop(s) to complete the technical architecture design work working closely with your I/T and business teams and document to ensure your team is left with a configuration to support your goals.

Configuration Phase Configure the IBM Cloudability TotalCost Reporting/Dashboard outcomes but configuring TBM Studio for IBM Cloudability TotalCost: • For Cloudability TotalCost* Standard* Uplift, up to three (3) third-party data source may e connected and integrated. • For Cloudability TotalCost Elevated Uplift up to four (4) third-party data sources may be connected and integrated. • For Cloudability TotalCost Advanced Uplift up to five (5) third-party data sources may be connected and integrated. • Cloudability TotalCost Rollout and Enablement • Conduct up to two (2), 1-hour Knowledge Transfer sessions with Client users:

Conducting Business Review Phase Conduct one (1) Business Review sessions with Executive Sponsor and key stakeholders to demonstrate value of the Cloudability TotalCost configuration.

Deliverables may include: • Mutually agreed upon Technical Design Document (TSD) • Configured TBM Studio for Cloudability TotalCost configuration and reporting • Up to three (3) Apptio BI Dashboards for Cloudability TotalCost reporting

Outcomes Desired:

• Minimized trial and error performed by your teams

• Quicker exploitation of Cloudability TotalCost features and functions to gain benefits faster
