Overview
IBM Technology Expert Labs (TEL) technical, product oriented subject matter experts will help your organization by assisting your technical team with day 2 operations by performing specified SRE activities for the ongoing maintenance and management of their MAS application.
Key Activities to be performed may include:
Regular cadence calls
Implementation support – troubleshooting, debug, resolving access issues
Installation of LA (Limited Availability) Fixes / Debug classes
System Configuration changes
JMS queue set up / updates
Performance issues – assist with investigation
Environment reviews – applying recommended practices
Scheduling of maintenance for security and other patches
