(i) Bring you their deep skills in the IBM Technology you are requesting Expertise Connect for (e.g., webMethods Integration (non-SaaS))

(ii) Build a long-term relationship with you

(iii) Customize technical advice, guidance and best practices specific to your environment

(iv) Help your team stay proactive through planning, regular health reviews and optimization situations

(v) Mitigate risks and improve performance and stability

(vi) Help you grow proficiency (learning from our best practices) and accelerate business value

Expertise Connect webMethods Integration (non-SaaS) clients can expect our consultants to (but not exclusive to):

• Help accelerate your webMethods Integration (non-SaaS) adoption

• Recommending and mentoring on "how to" optimize your solution implementation

• Providing insights and guiding on best practices methodologies

• Instructing on "how to's" to mitigate risks

• Understanding how to create a centralized monitoring of all global integrations through a single pane of glass

• Designing and developing integrations

• Leading a series of workshops and documenting high level requirements, success criteria and creating a solution design overview for webMethods Integration

• Documenting a plan, architecture and/or approach
