IBM Technology Expert Labs IMPLEMENT Cloudability Financial Planning

Overview

IBM Technology Expert Labs deep, technical, product-oriented consultants will configure IBM Cloudability capabilities, delivered in partnership with your organization via regular working sessions where configuration and enablement activities are completed. The goal of this engagement is to assist your enterprise in achieving the use cases that will help you exploit the full capabilities of your IBM Cloudability Financial Planning available based on your entitlements and the use cases as prioritized jointly.

During these up to 4 weeks of remotely delivered professional services, IBM will onboard and enable you on Cloudability Financial Planning capabilities and use cases. IBM, in partnership with the Client, will engage in working sessions where configuration and enablement activities are completed. The subject matter experts and the Client will also select and prioritize use cases for Cloudability Financial Planning capabilities designed to enable Client to achieve the following outcomes (depending on the use cases selected):

Outcomes Desired:

• Automate annual forecast and budget for cloud costs using a mix of trend-based projections and

• Driver-based adjustments

• Gather inputs and add collaborative oversight using built-in sharing

• Set budget from forecast

• Automatically monitor spend-to-date against budget, variance analysis and reporting

• Take action on variances, provide explanation and rationale for variance

IBM Deliverables:

• One (1) mutually agreed upon Technical Solutions Document (TSD)

• One (1) Budget Process and Architecture Review Workshop

• Cloudability Financial Planning Solution configured to support the use cases confirmed in Phase 1

• Process walkthrough dry run

• Conduct one (1) session with Executive Sponsor and key stakeholders that demonstrates Cloudability Financial Planning and key achievements.

Commercial and government clientele who have purchased either IBM Cloudabiility Financial Planning Cloud Service or IBM Cloudability Financial Planning for US Federal Cloud Service can leverage this offering.
