Implementation Methodology
Our implementation services follow a structured, seven-phase approach to ensure effective delivery and long-term value:

1. Project Evaluation
   Supports the business planning stage through value assessment, requirement analysis, pre-sales research assistance, project feasibility evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization, establishing a strong foundation for success.

2. Project Planning
   After project initiation, we help establish the client’s implementation organization, define project governance, develop implementation strategies and plans, analyze client inputs, customize processes, and conduct the project kick-off.

3. Blueprint Design

4. System Build
