Product Description
OceanBase customizes its service scope and allocates service man-days based on the specific needs of each customer. Following mutual agreement, OceanBase delivers services in accordance with the defined terms and conditions.
Man-day services are considered fulfilled once the contracted man-days are fully utilized or upon completion of a one-year service period, whichever occurs first.

Launch Support:
We support customers through pre-launch testing and system integration, as well as post-launch performance monitoring and incident response, ensuring smooth transitions and stable operations during product deployments.
Health Assessment:
Our experts conduct detailed cluster inspections and comprehensive evaluations of database performance, configuration, and resource usage. These assessments are accompanied by best-practice recommendations and optimization guidance, documented in a detailed Health Check Service Report.
Continuous Availability:
We provide on-call expert support during critical business phases or major system transitions to ensure operational continuity.
Performance Optimization:
We analyze OceanBase resource utilization trends in relation to available capacity and business requirements to recommend necessary adjustments. Deliverables include a Capacity Assessment Report and an OceanBase Performance Optimization Proposal, along with hands-on assistance to implement the recommended improvements.
Data Migration:
We deliver data migration services between OceanBase systems or between OceanBase and heterogeneous databases, using standardized migration tools such as OMS to ensure reliable and efficient data transfer.
